Strawberry Rosé Sangria

This fruity and fresh sangria is perfect for spring.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced, 1 cup for garnish
  • 4 persian cucumbers, 2 peeled and 2 sliced for garnish
  • 1 bottle of rosé wine
  • 1 cup cointreau or grand marnier
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)

Instructions

  • Combine the strawberries and the two peeled cucumbers in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little rosé if necessary to get the blender going. Strain into a large pitcher and mix in the rosé, cointreau or grand marnier, and orange juice. Add the sliced strawberries and cucumber.
