Strawberry Rosé Sangria
This fruity and fresh sangria is perfect for spring.
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced, 1 cup for garnish
- 4 persian cucumbers, 2 peeled and 2 sliced for garnish
- 1 bottle of rosé wine
- 1 cup cointreau or grand marnier
- 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
Combine the strawberries and the two peeled cucumbers in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little rosé if necessary to get the blender going. Strain into a large pitcher and mix in the rosé, cointreau or grand marnier, and orange juice. Add the sliced strawberries and cucumber.
