Protein Balls

If you like Reese's, but want a healthier option, this little snack is for you.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic old fashioned oats finely ground in the blender
  • 1 cup organic sugar-free peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup organic honey
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 scoops collagen peptide protein powder
  • 1/8 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash salt

Instructions

  • Combine all dry ingredients together in a kitchen-aid mixing bowl. Mix well with the paddle attachment. Add wet ingredients and mix until you can form a ball with your hands. Scoop into 2-inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate for one hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to a week, if they last that long ;).
