Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

  • 20 or so jalapeño peppers ends trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 lb. hot (or mild) sausage I use Neese's
  • 10 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brown the sausage. Stir in the cream cheese and parmesan. Stuff peppers and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
