Feta and Yogurt Sauce

Serve this sauce warm with fries or nachos or atop grilled meats. It is also delicious served at room temperature with fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Look for authentic feta made with goat or sheep milk.
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt We use 5% Fage.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup warm chicken stock
  • garnish with fresh chives, parsley, or dill

Instructions

  • Combine feta with warm stock. Blend with a fork until chunks are smaller but still visible.
  • Add yogurt and garlic and stir until well combined. Garnish with fresh herbs.
