Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Brown pork in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add slaw mixture and whites from onions, stir to combine.
Add sauce mixture to the meat mixture. Stir and cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the cabbage has just begun to wilt.
Serve over rice, quinoa, or eat alone. Garnish with green onions.
