Baked and Grilled Buffalo Wings

Baked and grilled, never fried. Toss in your favorite sauce. These wings are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings We like organic Smart Chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • favorite sauce We like Frank's buffalo or original

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Toss all ingredients together. You want the wings to be coated. Adjust the seasonings if neccesary.
  • Spread the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  • Transfer baked wings to a grill and cook until the desired doneness.
  • Toss grilled wings in a sauce of choice.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese. They are delicious on their own! Enjoy!
