Whenever it comes to chocolate with peanut butter, I’m in. Add in a few oats, even better. This recipe is on the healthy side with its oats, dark chocolate, peanut butter, honey, and sea salt. They require no baking and can be ready in as little as an hour. I made them recently and they were a hit. If you are looking for a healthy sweet treat for Valentine’s Day, make these using a heart-shaped muffin tray. I like this silicone one. If you don’t like the texture of oats, try grinding the oats first. Just keep in mind that the other ingredients may need to be adjusted as there will be less surface area to cover when the oats are ground. Let me know if you try it.
