- We’ve experienced the most glorious week of weather! Our tv has not been on in over a week. Each night, after dinner, we spend every moment on the patio. Trying to enjoy it before the mosquitos arrive in a few weeks. I hope you all have the best weekend!
2. When we had the patio installed last fall, we also had exterior lighting sprinkled throughout the backyard. The other night we made a few tweaks. The lights look different now that the leaves are back. I love it!

5. Most of our meals continue to be at home with a couple date nights each week. If you’ve tried my eggroll in a bowl recipe, you might like this twist. I added a chili pepper to the mix while cooking and served it atop ramen noodles along with a fried egg. So good!
I do make your egg roll in a bowl and have been topping with an egg over easy, sriracha and green onions. Absolutely delicious!
