Cottage and Vine blog was founded in 2009 by René Zieg. Ever since she was a young girl, she dreamed of pretty interiors, styled outfits, and lush gardens. Even though this blog has changed over the years, the mission to share inspiration in the form of interiors, gardens, and travel or beauty, fashion, and food remains. Her past work in fashion, textiles, and design come together to define Cottage and Vine’s aesthetic. René expresses her creativity through the redecoration of her home, gardening, and entertaining friends and family. With a wanderlust heart and dreams of the beach and the mountains, René is happy to call Greensboro, NC her home.
Cottage and Vine values partnerships created with lifestyle brands over the years. Some of the brands include Joss & Main, Serena & Lily, Birch Lane, Build.com, Kendra Scott, The Loft, Walmart, Minted, and Blue Apron. Whether it’s styling content or working on larger campaigns, careful attention to detail in a voice unique to this blog is always the goal.
