Hey everybody! I’m back with another quick, easy, and nutritious dinner. I’ve mentioned before that my son is an avid fisherman. He loves, I mean loves to fly fish in the ocean. Whenever he comes home for a visit, he usually brings something he has caught. He also loves to cook which makes it even better! He often has a recipe he wants to try. On a recent visit, he brought home blackfin tuna he caught offshore in Ocracoke. We used it to make pan-seared sesame-crusted tuna and it was amazing! We served it with oven-roasted brussels sprouts and farro cooked in chicken broth. Let me know if you try it.
