This week is flying by! I’ve been busy with last-minute errands to do before the weekend. Our youngest son comes home today and our oldest and his wife come Saturday. I will be one happy mom to have my family together under one roof! Before the week slips away from me, I wanted to share a few pictures of our living room this year.
Rick and I flipped the pair of chairs and the sofa to make room for the Christmas tree. We both agreed that we like it this way and plan to leave it after the holidays. Sometimes simple changes make the biggest difference.
I love the full view of the tree and it looks so pretty from the outside at night. We spend Christmas morning in this room, unwrapping gifts, and relaxing.
I picked up the garland at Terraine in Pennsylvania over Thanksgiving. I think it’s currently sold out, but I’m hoping they will offer it again next year because I want more.
I love this little flower frog that Rick gave me for my birthday. It’s been fun to fill it with different seasonal flowers and greenery. If you are local, it came from Randy McManus.
The sconces above the mantel came from Terraine years ago. They’ve moved around a few times, but I think they will stay here for a while. I’m especially enjoying them with these remote controlled candles. The garden stools were on our patio and I moved them inside for the winter. I love the splash of color they add to this space.
Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to stop by!
