As you know, our son recently got married. I’m so excited to finally share wedding pictures and a few details with you today! The entire weekend was magical and so much fun! It was a reunion for so many of the friends in attendance. I adore all of the friends and family who came and had the best time connecting with each of them. It was the best weekend ever! As you can see in the image above, it was a rainy day. Ice and power outages, but that did not stop us from having the best time! Alicia insisted on taking photos outside. I’m so glad she did because the photographer was able to capture some amazing “rainy” images. Scroll down to see more wedding details along with some fun images from the day/evening.
The venue is Cadillac Service Garage in Greensboro. All photos are by Tiffany Pratt and Tolman Media. Event planning was by Timeless Events.
Alicia collected bottles to use for table assignments. She used a cricut machine for the lettering. So cute!
The head table before the reception. Flowers are by Jenny’s Projects Floral Design.
I love how they did the guest tables with flowers up high. It makes perfect sense for a venue with incredibly high ceilings and still leaves room for guests to converse.
This simply elegant wedding cake is by Maxi B’s.
A detailed shot of Alicia’s bouquet. You can never go wrong with green and white! I love the addition of the gooseneck loosestrife, white ferns, and touch of burgundy.
A stunning shot of Alicia in the bride’s parlor. Hair and make-up by Louisa.
I so enjoyed getting to know these beauties! What a fun group!
This is favorite picture of Tyler in the groom’s lounge.
A candid shot of Tyler, his best man and brother, Parker, and a few of the groomsmen.
It actually makes me a little teary to see this one. So may great friends and stories that go with.
One of many sweet moments during the ceremony.
Walking out hoping my make-up is still in check! Ha!
A close-up of the flowers I carried. So much better than wearing a big fussy corsage!
Mother-son dance. The song was Van Morrison, Days Like This. The DJ (John Haskins – Friendly Neighborhood DJ) had the idea to do voiceovers with Tyler reminiscing about some of our special times together. There weren’t many dry eyes!
The sparkler send-off and final good-bye to the newlyweds.
