1. I’m pretty excited that the weekend is here! We are looking forward to lots of outside time, grilling something yummy, and harvesting some of the early veggies in the garden. This week on the blog I shared the latest kitchen updates and a few Father’s Day gift ideas. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
2. This little spot on our back patio has become a favorite place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. There are bird feeders to the right that aren’t pictured. It’s fun to watch them.
3. I recently discovered Wander Beauty, thanks to Facebook ads. The lipsticks are nicely pigmented and have a creamy, not sticky finish that lasts and lasts. If you are looking for “clean” beauty, this is a great option.
4. This week I made stuffed zucchini blossoms for an appetizer and they were super tasty. To make the stuffing, I sautéed a small diced zucchini with shallots and garlic in olive oil. Once that was finished, I mixed it with about 2 oz. of goat cheese. I stuffed the blossoms (pistils removed) with the mixture and topped it with a little shredded parmesan. They baked for 10 minutes at 375°. Yum!
5. Old Navy is one of my favorite sources for seasonal basics. Everything is 50% off this weekend.
