I hope this post finds you all well. So much has changed in the last week or so. As we face the uncertainty of the upcoming weeks/months and hunker down in our homes, it’s a great time to try new recipes, garden, clean and organize, read, etc. Our youngest son has been home since Sunday, the silver lining for sure. I sincerely hope that the communities who are most susceptible to the virus will be spared as we all practice social distancing. Unfortunately, the Kendra Scott event has been moved to May as they are closing all stores until later in March. I will make an announcement when I know more. Thank you for understanding.
How about we shift gears and take a look at a pretty beach house? This house is like a breath of fresh air. There is something about dark wood and antiques that suddenly feels new again. I’ve loved gray washed woods and lighter wood tones in general as much as the next girl, but it’s really hard to beat the classics that I often find myself going back to. Can any of you relate? White walls are the perfect clean canvas for oil paintings in gilded frames. Also worth noting is the shiplap throughout the home. Enjoy!
