I mentioned last week that Thanksgiving is the perfect time to bring out the warm textures and earth tones. But you can never go wrong with blue and white no matter the season or holiday.
I believe a mixture of rustic and fine materials makes it all more interesting too. Silver, crystal, and china are tempered with casual rattan chargers, cotton napkins, and burlap utensil holders. It’s like a tie game between casual and formal.
White flowers (just about any will do) are always my first pick. I love peonies, lilies, tulips, ranunculus, and hydrangeas. The fragrant lilies bother some noses, not mine! I say the more, the better.
Mom gave me these beautiful blue and white serving bowls which I love.
These fun little burlap utensil holders were a gift but you can find lots of options here and also here. You could even add your own ribbon color of choice.

Oh René! Devine!!! Do you have the link for the salt and pepper shakers. When I click it, it takes me to the water goblet. Absolutely gorgeous!

Hi Mandy!
My salt & pepper shakers are a vintage find. I’ve linked a collection of similar ones in the second paragraph and a link for a similar set in the recap at the bottom of the post. Hope this helps.
