So, I accidentally joined a gym. No, really. It’s okay though, because I kinda miss working out. Lately, I’ve been walking 2-3 miles/day with my sweet pup, Reagan most days of the week. I feel like I’m missing something though – nothing compares to that tired muscle feeling of a good hard workout. Can any of you relate? And we all know that muscle mass deteriorates as we age. So, I need to do what I can while I can and I’m really excited about it!

This top is lightweight & I plan to wear it all through the summer. I love that it can be tied or left loose. I bought it in gray, but it also comes in pink, cream, and black.
I’ve had great luck with workout tights from Old Navy. This is actually my fifth pair. I wash & wear them over and over and they do well for me especially considering how inexpensive they are. I was curious about this high-rise elevate built in sculpt 7/8 legging (now if that isn’t a mouthful!). This is now my favorite legging and it’s under $50. I have it in black, but it also comes in 6 other colors. I’ll be buying more of these for sure!
Here’s another long sleeve top that has a special detail in the back. Love the fit! It’s tunic length on me, I’m 5’6″ & bought it in large, black. Fitted on top, but not too tight and it’s loose around the hips, I’m straight, not too hippy. Comes in five more colors, $10-18.
Lululemon makes one of the most coveted shorts and now I know why. This short has a 4″ inseam and a wider waistband which I love. There’s also a little pocket. Five color options – I have them in white.
I bought this shirt and loved it so much that I ordered it in two more colors. It’s buttery soft, lightweight, and not too fitted. It also covers the caboose. I have it in gray and ordered black and blue. It’s on sale for under $15 right now.
I have narrow feet & this style just works for me. Gray with blush pink accents. I love that they are slip-ons!
