I continue to be amazed by small homes that are chic, functional, and basically everything one would need. This particular home is only 850 square feet and it checks all of those boxes. Fresh white paint brightened the interior. French doors replaced small windows which made the outdoor space, a deck that surrounds the house, more accessible. This is key to expand the living space! Finally, wood floors were whitewashed providing a clean canvas in each room. And just as a side note, my love of outdoor showers is undeniable! Enjoy!
