Yesterday I grabbed the pruners and went outside in search for the perfect branch to add to the mantle. I came back with a dogwood branch that was beginning to turn the prettiest shade of burgundy. I’m always amazed by the power of foliage and what it adds to a space. I promised myself to do this every week, because there’s always something outside that would look pretty inside.
