Roman Shades in the Master Bedroom

Our little bedroom is slowly taking shape.  When I say slowly I mean s.l.o.w.l.y.  A couple of weeks ago we took down the heavy curtains and shades and replaced them with new roman shades. I love how simple and clean (dare I say larger) our room now feels.  You may have seen a peek on my instagram story when my sweet hubby installed them – which was so easy, by the way.

I wanted a neutral color to bring in warmth and to balance out the cool colors in our now serene room.  I chose this roman shade with blackout lining in linen parchment and could not be happier. They add just enough warm color and texture, easily raise and lower, and block out the light at night.
