It’s finally been consistently cool enough to wear fall clothes which makes me one happy girl. There are so many cute things out there that my wish list continues to grow. I’ve always liked the idea of elevated basics – basics with a twist you could say. Here are a few goodies I’m loving this month.
one.
Cozy plaids scarves are hear to stay and I love this reversible one! Navy, cream, gray, & taupe – plaid on one side, chevron on the other makes it so versatile too. Easy enough to throw on over a simple turtle neck or button down shirt with jeans. Scarves are perfect for those days when an extra layer is needed.
two.
Little details make all the difference. An extra accessory like this cuff can add a little sparkle to an everyday outfit or be the finishing touch for a night on the town. This one comes as a set of two.
My heart skipped a beat when I saw this darling crossover wrap sweater. I would wear it with a lightweight turtleneck underneath all winter long. So cute!
four.
The feminine details of this ruffle blouse are what caught my eye. Love the icy blue, but it also comes in a pretty faded violet. I would wear it under a cardigan or blazer with jeans or a skirt. On sale now!
five.
French navy for the win! I’ve never had a navy handbag before, but this one looks like it would do. An elevated basic for sure!
six.
Skinny jeans – not too dark, not too light and no holes.
I need this tissue weight turtleneck. The perfect layering piece and it comes in lots of colors. One of each please. On sale now!
These earrings! I’d wear them with something casual like a gingham shirt & jeans or with a dress and tall boots. I really like these because they aren’t too big, but big enough to be noticed.
nine.
Leopard cardigan. Because leopard.
ten.
These boots are made for walkin’. Love the color! I would wear them with a classic dress to avoid looking to Bohemian.
Last but not least, the little black dress. The lines are flattering on all body types. I’d love to see it with the cardigan, boots, bracelet, and earrings.

Love that sweater too! Shame they don't sell it in the U.K.
