One of my favorite perks of my job is having the opportunity to review interior design books. I was beyond excited when I received Patina Farm written by Brooke and Steve Giannetti. I’ve been a fan of Brooke’s blog, Velvet & Linen for years and her instagram posts always bring a smile. Who can resist adorable little goats? The Giannettis left their suburban Santa Monica home to build their dream home, Patina Farm, in Ojai, California and dreamy it is. The book details the entire process from the initial sketches to final decor selections. The result is a perfect blend of welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces full of warmth and texture. Below are a few of my favorite images from the book, but this is only scratching the surface.

Rene,
I saw your post about this book on IG, and I've seen it several times on other posts as well and I can not believe how stunning this property is! I am going to have to go out (run!) and get this book now. The images are truly stunning. Plus I love a book that does more than show photos; I love it when they document the process from start to finish. I have their first book and have always loved it, and it looks like this one is even better.
