Happy November friends! Today I’m taking a look at Kathryn Ivey’s old apartment in D.C. It’s one of my favorite spaces with interesting layers that tell a story and invite you sit and visit. I absolutely adore everything about this room starting with the fresh walls, a cheerful color on the ceiling, and lots of pattern mixing.
This exposed brick fireplace is everything!
Collected and textural, each piece tells a story and makes the room warm and inviting.
White walls let the colors and textures take center stage.
Here’s how you can achieve this look.

I can't remember where I saw this apt before, but I too loved it! I especially liked the foyer and the c'est si bon pillow in the living room.

Love this – what are the paint colors?

I'm not sure what the actual colors are of the room, but I used BM white and BM palladium blue in the post. Hope this helps.
