Last week I was invited by Zephyr to join a group of talented designers, bloggers, and editors in San Francisco and Napa Valley. I’ll share more of my amazing trip with you in the next few days. Part of our trip included a tour of the Traditional Homes Napa Valley Designer Showhouse which is actually several houses all unique to one another. Today I’m showing you pictures from the Carriage House designed by Kim Scodro, and the rest I’ll share in the upcoming weeks.
The carriage house is tucked behind the Inn on Randolph. To get there, we walked through immaculate, wandering garden paths full of lush ferns, ground covers , and more. I wanted to stop and take loads of pictures of just the gardens, but it was getting dark.
I was first greeted by this delightful little oasis in the side yard of the property.
Directly across from the Carriage House was this lovely gazebo.
The space itself is small, but there is so much inspiration here! From the grasscloth covered walls to the geometric trim on the Roman shades, I adore every detail! The white vaulted ceiling used to be dark wood and now displays one of my all time favorites by Circa. I also love the soft color palette in shades of blue and pink with accents of orange and gold.
Behold the sliding barn door!
In the bathroom you’ll find herringbone tile, heated floors, and custom vanity with Cambria quartz. I would gladly spend a weekend here!
Hope you enjoyed the tour. I’m looking forward to sharing the rest with you very soon!

…on second look, were the walls pink or was that the lighting?
