I love a good before & after and this little gem located in Historic Birmingham is no exception. I’m always amazed by what a little fresh paint and attention to simple details can do. In this case, Benjamin Moore cloud white (great choice!) came to the rescue giving this charming bungalow the “breath of fresh” it needed. Other details like a new, more functional layout in the kitchen, fresh tile and fixtures in the bathroom in keeping with the history of the home, and carefully selected furnishings complete the makeover. What you won’t see – window treatments. Privacy isn’t an issue when your house is positioned on top of a hill maximizing natural light, which I love by the way. The porch floor was painted with stripes rather than replacing the existing tile, brilliant in my opinion! Let’s take a look.
You can see the before pictures and read a bit more about the project right here. Have a great day!

I love this home! I especially like the kitchen. Great counter top material and color with the white tile walls! All the rooms are beautifully done. I really like the living room with its modern leather chairs!
