Good morning! Today I’m thrilled to share a few pictures from the talented design duo, House of Jade. I’ve long been a fan of Kristen’s work so when she and Erin partnered I knew it would be great. Their designs are light and bright and they are not afraid to use color – often in the form of pretty florals and modern patterns. I’m always excited to see their latest reveal.
Today I’m sharing images from one of my favorite projects, the Bluffdale residence.
Let’s just call this a perfect dining situation. The oversize art, banquette seating, cafe chairs, and rectangular chandelier are what make this corner shine.
Black lower cabinetry with white uppers keep this kitchen modern and sleek yet warm and family friendly. White subway tile is always a good idea.
I love this open floor plan! Blues and grays are echoed throughout the adjoining spaces.
Of course I love the symmetry and how great is the ladder leaning to hold extra throw blankets?
This entry is simply gorgeous! The painted interior door, industrial pendant, and rug are the stunners that make this space so inviting.
I’m always a fan of a hardworking yet adorable mudroom/drop zone. The mill work and cabinetry are modern classics that will serve a family well.
Kristen’s blog, 6th Street Design School has merged with House of Jade blog in case you aren’t following. You can also follow their design process on instagram – check out #moderfarmhouseproject, I’m obsessed!
