I thought it would be fun to show three different outfits all using the denim dress as a base.
I like to think of this as the outfit I’d wear to an outdoor sporting event. Something I can pull on in a hurry, put my hair in a ponytail, and go. Pulled together, yet relaxed and comfy and not too fussy. I’ve been raving about these sneakers since last year. I walked all over Venice & Rome in them last spring and my feet were always happy.
This outfit would be perfect for a rainy day when you want to add a mood boosting color. I’ve always worn green wellies, but really like these Hunter’s in coral gloss. Add a classic plaid scarf and out the door you go.
This outfit is neutral and slightly dressier than the other two. Think of a shopping day or lunch with the girlfriends. I have it paired with a cream colored scarf, but it could be cute with something brighter too.
