I’ve made a lot of wreaths over the last few years and thought it might be helpful to share a round-up post for a quick reference. Some of the pictures date back and aren’t the best, but my hope is that they are at least helpful. If you happen to have access to evergreens, wreath making is super easy. Of course, so is buying a wreath, but I rather enjoy the tradition of making my own. Let me know if you have questions – happy to help.

Beautiful wreaths. Love this time of year!
You are so talented! I have never actually made a wreath out of everygreens, but I have made garland so I have to check out your tutorials and try it this year. I love the boxwoods!!
my current house doesn't have a magnolia tree so I am always on the hunt for the perfect magnolia leaf!
Fresh homemade wreaths are so great, you have some great ones here!!
Every year I get magnolia wreaths and boxwood wreaths…I have them EVERYWHERE in my house!

I'm still so in love with your pinecone wreath with that wide silk ribbon, even all this time later!
So pretty – the boxwoods are my favorite. I use lots of evergreen boughs around the house, but always take the easy way out with the wreaths. 🙂
How long will the magnolia wreath last for?
Love that your mom shared that skill with you. So fun and so special. We both had wreaths on the brain today!
Love this post Rene. I like to have wreaths all over the house at this time of the year. Hoping to try my hand at making my own this year. You've inspired me!
There is nothing better than a natural wreath! Christmas at it's best!
Love the magnolia wreaths. I've never made my own, yours are beautiful and very inspiring.
I'd love to try to make my own wreath at some point. We actually have a really pretty pine at our new house and I've been thinking about cutting some branches to use on our fireplace mantel. Isn't it funny the things we think about cutting or gathering outside to enhance the inside of our house? 🙂
