I never hang a calendar unless it’s on the inside of a cabinet (or a working calendar on my fridge). Not sure why, but it might have something to do with those dreadful spirals :). So I was smitten to discover the Linnea Design poster calendar illustrated by Johanna Riley. The cool thing is that each month you have a new 11 x 14 colorful graphic that can be framed (frame included). So you can switch out the months and have a beautiful new piece of art every 30 or so days. There is also a 5 x 7 version more suitable for a desk. Don’t know about you, but I think this is brilliant! The illustrations are so beautiful, I picture them being used well past 2014. If you would like to order one for a friend, go here to learn more about the gift pack.
Artful Calendars

Simply lovely…such pretty graphics. Although I still like to write notes on my paper calendar…so old school I know!

I have to write things down too – and even then I forget :).

So pretty Rene. I have framed their calendars before and used it in my kitchen too.

Im with you on displaying calendars, but I love this one. But I still need to write on it 🙁 and I wouldn't even want to mark up the glass over it. The images are suitable for framing later on!
