I recently discovered the work of Mohon-Imber, a dynamic design team located in Austin, Texas. Their work exemplifies the perfect balance between classic and modern design. Today I am sharing one of my favorite projects, By The Sea. Enjoy!

Love the perfectly edited, simple summer vibe! Wish a stay in a place like that was on my summer agenda!

Me too Pam! I also wish that NC rentals would take notes from this simple design rather trying to do too much in terms of decor. It would make for a very relaxing stay.

Lovely home with some modern touches. Ceilings are beautiful along with he decor. Definitely love the outdoor pergola. Visited Austin several times and fell in love with some old bungalows there.
Have a wonderful day!

I love all things light, bright, and white. I imagine that this is what my home could look like when the kids go off into the world.

I spy Alys Beach in Florida. Even better in person- makes you feel like you're in a completely different country when you're there. Gorgeous doesn't even begin to cover it. 🙂

That house is in Alys beach. It is beyond amazing! Such a beautiful and unique community! You should put it on your vacation bucket list you would die over the design there!
Pamela says
Wow what an amazingly beautiful home!

Yup, this place pretty much hits the nail on the head for me. I LOVE the Mediterranean influences. It's so easy to go wrong there when it's new design, but this is well done!

BTW, that bamboo desk? Hubba, hubba.
